Privacy Policy

In short: we use your phone number only to call you back, keep it for 90 days and then delete it automatically. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Below is the information required by Moldova's Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
1. Who we are (data controller)

Do you have to give your number? No, it is voluntary. Without it we cannot call you back through the form, but you can always call us directly.
Calls, WhatsApp messages and TikTok visits happen outside this website. Those providers (WhatsApp/Meta, TikTok) process data under their own policies. We use the information you give us only to provide the service.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.
3. Who receives your data
- Hosting provider (processor, under contract): our hosting provider.
- Telegram: the messaging service through which we receive callback requests instantly. It is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Messenger Inc., and data may be processed outside Moldova.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Only the people who answer requests have access.
4. Transfers outside Moldova
Through Telegram, the number, time and language of your request may reach a country for which the National Center for Personal Data Protection has not issued an adequacy decision. The transfer relies on Art. 49(1)(b) of Law no. 195/2024: it is necessary for steps taken at your request before a contract (the callback). Only the number, time and language are sent.
If you prefer, call us directly instead of using the form.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use only what is strictly necessary:
sid: a session cookie for form security (CSRF protection). It is deleted when you close the browser.theme(local storage): your light or dark choice, only if you make one.
We use no analytics, advertising, third-party cookies or tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts and videos are hosted on our own server.
6. Your rights
Under Art. 15–22 of the law you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interest) and data portability.
Write or call us using the contact details under "Who we are". We reply within one month; this may be extended as the law allows, and we will tell you if so. It is normally free of charge. To verify your identity we may call you back on the number concerned.
7. Complaints
You have the right to complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection: www.datepersonale.md.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, limit access to authorised people, keep data on protected server storage, delete it automatically and collect as little as possible.
9. Children
The service is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we change the date at the top of the page.
